  • [ ] TSE provider or manufacturer

3. 🗓️ Date Information

  • [ ] Date of initial operation

  • [ ] Date of deactivation (if applicable)

4. 📍 Assign to Business Location

  • [ ] Address of the business location where the register is used

  • [ ] Business ID number (if available)

5. 🧾 Submit via “Mein ELSTER”

  • [ ] Access to “Mein ELSTER” portal is set up

  • [ ] Cash register reported using the “Register Cash System” form

  • [ ] Confirmation of successful submission saved
